Coaching is not therapy.  In a nutshell, therapists help you walk the road of healing while coaches help you walk the road of possibility.  

Coaching is not about having all the answers and solving your problems for you.  Coaching is having and holding a safe space and asking the right questions so you can develop your own solutions.  Therapy is more focused on healing and understanding the past, while coaching is about taking action to achieve future goals.

Identity-Based Coaching is the future of life coaching.  It negates the need for outdated coaching techniques such as traditional goal setting, willpower, and habit change. 

The real key to change does not lie in what you do but rather in who you are.  The focus is on changing who you are first so what you do is simply second nature.

Unlike traditional coaching that might focus solely on behavior changes or goal setting, identity-based coaching helps you align your actions with your core values, beliefs, and authentic self.  

When your goals resonate with your true identity, you're more likely to achieve lasting and meaningful change.  Additionally, it doesn't just address one area of your life; it looks at how all aspects—personal, professional, emotional, and spiritual—are interconnected.  By creating alignment across these areas, you can achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.

My primary goal is to support and assist you in reaching your goals; however, your success depends primarily on your effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through.  

While I can't promise that you will get a particular result, I am focused on collaborating with you to achieve meaningful results.  You understand your results may vary based on your actions, life experiences, and level of commitment.  

Because I cannot get my time back once I spend it with you, I do not offer refunds for sessions completed.

The "program" provides the framework we will utilize in our sessions; however, because it's customized specifically for you—it's really ALL ABOUT YOU!
